ASTORIA KINGDOM MAIL CLUB – SUBSCRIPTION & CANCELLATION POLICY

HOW BILLING WORKS
Your Mail Club subscription renews automatically every month. You'll be charged on the same day each month as your original sign-up date, at the price of the tier you chose, until you cancel. Shipping to the US and Canada is free.

HOW TO CANCEL
You can cancel anytime, with no fees and no minimum commitment:
- Log in to your account on evvieslovies.shop, go to Subscriptions, and select Cancel, or
- Email evvieslovies@gmail.com with your name and order number, and I'll cancel it for you.

To avoid being charged for the next month, please cancel before your next billing date. Once you cancel, you won't be charged again. If your current month's envelope has already been paid for, it will still be mailed to you.

CHANGING YOUR TIER
To switch between Storyteller, Wanderer and Collector, email evvieslovies@gmail.com. The new tier starts with your next billing date.

REFUNDS
Mail Club charges are non-refundable once that month's envelope has shipped. If you were charged by mistake after cancelling, email me and I'll refund it right away.

DAMAGED OR MISSING ENVELOPES
If your envelope arrives damaged or doesn't arrive, email evvieslovies@gmail.com within 30 days of your billing date and I'll send a replacement.

PRICE CHANGES
If the price of your tier ever changes, I'll email you at least 30 days before the new price takes effect, so you can decide whether to continue.
