Refund policy

Every Evvies Lovies piece is handmade in small batches, so all sales are final. I'm not able to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

DAMAGED OR WRONG ITEMS
Please check your order when it arrives. If anything is damaged, defective or not what you ordered, email evvieslovies@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo, and I'll make it right with a repair, replacement or refund.

CUSTOM, MADE-TO-ORDER AND PRE-ORDER ITEMS
Custom orders, commissions, made-to-order and pre-order pieces are made just for you and can't be cancelled or refunded once work has begun.

MAIL CLUB
Astoria Kingdom Mail Club envelopes aren't refundable once shipped. You can cancel your subscription anytime to stop future months.

REFUNDS
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few extra days to post it.

EUROPEAN UNION CUSTOMERS
Customers in the European Union may cancel orders for ready-made (non-custom) items within 14 days of delivery, as required by EU law. Please email evvieslovies@gmail.com to start a cancellation. The item must be returned unused, and the customer pays return shipping. Refunds are issued once the item is received back.
